  Hi there,

  I’m thinking of upgrading my account but it doesn’t give me the option to pay monthly? Can you only upgrade by paying the full year upfront?

  Hello there,
  Yes, the upgrades are paid in advance for a year which then renews automatically every year (unless you wish to cancel it). Of course, you also get a notification Email before the next payment falls due.
