I see this site https://chapstickandsweatpants.com and it appears to be upgraded already. Is that your site?

Hi kdevinney,
Why won’t it let me upgrade? It won’t let me add it to a cart and says I’m using the free version..
Your account shows you recently cancelled the Business plan for chapstickandsweatpants.wordpress.com. Would you like to add the Business plan back again or purchase a different plan?
Thanks!
-
Well it says I have the free plan and I don’t want the free plan, I wanted to look into my options..

Hi kdevinney,
it says I have the free plan and I don’t want the free plan
chapstickandsweatpants.wordpress.com reverted back to the free plan when the Business plan was cancelled and refunded. Because you were using plugins on your site, it works a bit differently from WordPress.com sites using other plans — which is why we need to help you add a new plan.
All of our available plans and their features are listed here:
https://wordpress.com/pricing/
If you let us know which one you like the look of, we can look at the next steps.
Thanks!

I’d like the business plan but billed monthly and not paid all at once, is that possible?
-
There are no monthly payment plans. We are billed annually and must make payment in full at the time of purchase.

@kdevinney did you decide whether you’d like to re-add the business plan so you can add plugins?
