    Dear Happiness Engineers. I currently have a Premium site and I want to upgrade to Business. I have already looked at the page for the different packages, so please don’t send me there. I would like a step by step process of how to go about upgrading. Thanks.

    If you want a staff member to reply to your question, you may add modlook tag to the tags area to make sure they can see it.

    I see you have since cancelled your Premium Plan, which is why you can’t currently access live chat.

    From the other thread:

    Do you mean multiple accounts or multiple sites? “Account” refers to the username you use to log in, ljgbc. If you want to purchase an upgrade using a different account, you need to log out of this account and log in using the other username. Then you can purchase a upgrade for a site in that usernames account.

    But I think you mean multiple sites, as I can see you have three different sites in your account.

    In that case, to buy an upgrade, click on My Sites and then Switch Site. There you should see a list of all three sites in your account. Select the one you want to upgrade, and then click on Plans. As you proceed from there the upgrade will be added to the site you selected.

    And should you realise you purchased the upgrade for the wrong site, you can just contact us via live chat (which you’ll have access to once you’ve bought a plan), and we can help you move it to the correct site.

    @kokkieh — I apologize. I assumed the user has live chat, because the user mentioned about the Premium Plan.
