Upgrade

  Hi there – I already have a Premium account and want to upgrade to Business. I have looked at the page that describe these options, and Business is now what I want. My concern is that the correct account is selected for the upgrade as I seem to have multiple accounts for some reason with WordPress. I just want to talk to a human being!!!!

  In general, there can be a couple of reasons for a user to post more than once and the timestamp isn’t always indicative of which thread should be marked as a duplicate. Please note that although this thread was posted after the one you’ve linked to, it includes the user’s additional concern regarding his or her multiple accounts. Before marking a thread as duplicate, it is worthwhile comparing the threads.
