  I am on a free plan I wanted to upgrade to the $4 plan and when I hit upgrade, the paypal charge at the bottom of the page says $48. This is NOT $4. Deceptive.

  The payment is made for a year and the plan rate that is $4 is per month charges. So while making payment it is asking $48 as a one year bill.
