  Hi, I was upgrading my free plan to a Basic one a few minutes ago, for 2 years, using your gift card (redacted). I thought​ I made a mistake and bought the more extend version so I canceled my purchase and asked for refund.
  Now I tried to purchase the same Basic Plan for 63$ all over agin but gift card isn’t working anymore.
  Please help me make the purchase again or just cancel my refund, I’d like to keep my 63$ Basic Plan for the next 2 years. Thank you, Nadav Biran

  Hi,
  Payment link still doesn’t let me pay. I think this is all because I used the coupons once.
  Any other way? Maybe can just cancel my refund request?

  What is happening when you try to pay using the link @bdukes sent by email? Are you seeing any error messages?

  Maybe can just cancel my refund request?

  The refund has already been sent from our side so I’m afraid it won’t be possible to cancel that now.

  Can you tell me what is happening when you try to pay? For example, an error message appears or you can’t click on any of the fields in the contact form.
