Hi! I am trying to purchase the upgrade for a second year, but it is not possoble. I get the message: ‘Sorry, this user account does not own the product you are trying to renew.’ and it is not possible to choose any of the plans that shows.

Please help me purchase this expired upgrade….

It sounds like you are not signed in to the right account to make that renewal happen. Please let me know what site you’re trying to renew and I’ll help you get sorted.

http://naerbobedehus.wordpress.com is a free site so it never needs to be renewed.

There was a business plan connecting http://naerbobedehus.wordpress.com and your custom domain, naerbo-bedehus.no. Is that the one you want renewed?

Thanks Oddbjørn. It looks like it’s stuck in a half-downgraded state right now, but I think we can fix this on our end easily enough. I’ve sent an invoice to you. Can you let us know when that’s paid? We’ll get the plan added properly to your site again.

Thank you! You’re all set now. You’ll want to be sure to either set up auto renew, or watch for the invoices when they come through so it won’t expire again.
