  Can I use the credit I have on my account from ads to upgrade?

  Yes, I can help you with that. Which site are you running WordAds on? I’ll look at the dashboard to see how much is in there, and convert it to credits on your WordPress.com account. Then when you check out with the upgraded plan, you’ll see the option to redeem those credits at checkout and the total price will be reduced.
