  I purchased an upgrade on February 15th 2013 and paid $26. However there is no record showing this on my web page account, although this money has been taken from my bank account.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  But the site linked to your username (http://beyondparenting.com/ ) directs to this site:

  I don’t see any paid upgrades under your account. What is the specific domain name you’re referring to?

  Also, did you receive a receipt from us?

  There is no domain mapping for either

  beyondparenting.com/ or
  beyondparenting.net

  What is the domain name that you purchased? Also what is the blog that you tried to buy the Upgrade for?

  Do you have another user name / account?
