    Oh! I’ve checked your account and I can’t see any payment errors on our end. Are you seeing any error messages when entering your card details? If so, what is the exact error message?

    Does this happen across multiple browsers or just the one you are using? And is there another card you could try?

    Once I know more, I can look into why this is happening.
