  Do i pay the 8 dollars every month or do the whole 96 get taken out at once?

  We do not support monthly payments so yes, it would be $96 upfront for plan Premium.
  Bear in mind, however, that you have 30 days to obtain a full refund for any plan (and 96h in case of custom domains) if you change your mind.
