  Hi there: I just signed up for the premium plan, I am unsure if this plan can satisfy my needs. I would like to be able to have people book appointments(sync up with my google calendar) and pay deposit, will that be more like a business plan features?

  Hi there, what site are you working on?

  In general there are two ways you can do this on a WPcom website:
  In the Business plan you can install plugins to help with this.

  Or with the Premium plan you can use the Calendly block and Simple Payments.

  https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/simple-payments-block/

  Hi @wtfwoman, to add to what @justjennifer wrote, you can also check out the Recurring Payments feature, available in plan Premium:

  If you’d like to have a more automatic system then yes, it’s probably best to upgrade to Business where you’ll be able to install WooCommerce and an extension like WooCommerce Bookings.
