I sent an email to you few days before but no response from you. I paid on 1st May £84 for a premium site but I cannot use.I had before the site with you and I unsubscribed but now I decided to continue with you but making another website. Can you help please and advice, why if I paid £84 Premium for one year I cannot build my site. I will appreciate if I will have a response from you otherwise I will request refund. Thank you. -

For what site did you buy a Premium Plan?
The
cmioaraaccount you’re using to post here was only created on 2 May, owns one site on the free plan, http://mioaracounsellinghypnotherapy7026668.wordpress.com, and has never bought any upgrades from us. I also don’t see any other support requests for this account.If you bought the plan for another site, this means you also did it using a completely different account, and you’ll need to be logged into that account in order to manage that site and upgrade.

Thank you for replying me. I paid on 1st May £84 for a premium plan.
I paid with another email account which now I am not abble to acces because mistakenly I unsubscribed and I cannot recover.
I need your advice and help. I have paid so I think that is possible to build my website with another domain. The payment is made by me, Mioara Crenganis so I cannot see an impediment. Or you can refund my money and then I will try again to upgrade the site which now is showing as free plan and I have to upgrade. Thank you. -

I think you might be referring to the site mioaracounsellinghypnotherapy.co.uk, is that correct?
If so, as @kokkieh mentioned, you’ve purchased the upgrades using a different account. We will be happy to help you to regain access to that account, however, to be able to do that, we will need the transaction ID for the purchase:https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#retrieving-a-transaction-id
