Upgrade 5.0 Help! Don't know how to make changes

  Hi,

  I received an email telling me that we had been automatically upgraded to 5.0. I have no idea how to make changes on the display of my homepage who is now left on Black Friday sale!!  I have no idea how to do this. nor how to go back to what we had.

  NB: We are not literate in web design AT ALL

  We used to have visual blocks that we could fill up with image or text and now it’s only codes. We are lost.
