Hi, I’m trying to upgrade my site, but when I put in my information and coupon code, it says purchases are disabled. I’ve been trying for two days to get this done. Please help.

Our Billing Support team handles inquiries about this. You can reach out to them for assistance with this using the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.”
We’re not able to help with this here in the public forums.
