  Renew button doesn’t show up

  I need to upgrade, but the renew button doesn’t appear as an option. What could possibly be happening?

  You need to be logged in as the EXACT user / account / email that bought the Upgrade to see the renew button

  Do you have a second account that you might have used to purchase the upgrade? Or another person that might have purchased the upgrade?
