Upgrade

    Hello. I want to create my site, contens and page, and after I will connect my site to my domain adress. So, i want to install some p;ugins but seems is that upgrade account is important. Upgrade is paid but in goole search seems wordpress is free to create sites. Could you help to me?

    The WordPress software is free, but to have a site you need to host that software on a web server, and hosting costs money.

    On WordPress.com we provide hosting for free as well, but we charge a fee for specific features and services. The ability to use plugins is one of the features we charge for, and that option is only available on our Business and eCommerce plans.
