  if we pay for the 25 dollar business plan at a later date before the year of billing is up can we upgrade to the 45 dollar business plan?????????????????????????????????

  Yes you can upgrade from Business to eCommerce and pay the difference between the two plans but plans are currently paid annually in advance although I believe monthly payment plans are being considered for the future.
