  Can I Start with ‘Premium’ Plan and Upgrade to an ‘ E Commerce ‘ Plan once I have set up my site content and am up and running ?

  Yes, you can do that.

  In the event that you upgrade while on your existing plan, you will only be required to pay the difference between the two plans depending on how close you are to the expiration date of the existing plan.
