Upgrade

    I need help please. I logged on here thinking this was the place to upgrade my wordpress.com site to Premium, I was sure I did that and nothing changed. I upgraded AGAIN, and still nothing. Now I’m not even sure if this is the right place to do it! This is all so confusing! My website is monikadiane.com

    1. Please help me get my Premium account active on my site so I can download the Premium Content block so I can start my subscription portion to my site

    2. Please check to see if 2 payments went through for the same thing, Premium account, as I am sure I paid twice

    3. Please let me know IS THIS the site to do all upgrades for my site? I see there is a website name here on this site that isn’t active, but that is moot, I have one already

    Hi! You definitely have the domain monikadiane.com associated with your site bymonikadiane.wordpress.com. It looks like you’ll need to set monikadiane.com as the primary address, so visitors see that address instead of bymonikadiane.wordpress.com. We do have a guide for that here:

    According to your account information, it looks like you first purchased a Personal plan, and then upgraded to a Premium plan.
    You should be able to see all your receipts for purchases here:
    https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

    Just to check, were you referring to the primary address not changing? The plan is definitely showing as associated with your site/domain at this time!

    In terms of using the Premium Content block, you’d be looking at setting up a payment plan/option for it in your site management, under Tools > Earn. We have a guide for the payments side of things here:

    When you’re setting up a Premium Content block on a page or post, you can assign the payment option you created to that block so that non-subscribers can purchase access. Then you can place your content that you’re selling access to into the ‘Subscriber view’ of the Premium Content block.
