  Hi,

  I had paid for explorer version and I got a domain and setup everything but now its switched to free plan?

  I had paid for explorer plan and spend time and effort creating a website/blog, now suddenly the upgraded plan is gone and so is my domain and page i created. this is so bad, what might have caused this?

  I checked your account, and it appears that you canceled both your Explorer plan and domain last week. You can view these details on your Billing History page here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Due to the cancellation, your domain is currently parked. If you’re interested in getting your domain back, you have the option to purchase an annual plan again. Once you do that, we’ll happily restore your domain for free.

  I can see that you haven’t repurchased your Explorer plan yet. If you’d like to restore both your Explorer plan and the domain, you’d need to repurchase the Explorer plan before we redeem the domain. You can repurchase the Explorer plan from here:

  
  If you’d like to repurchase the domain only, please let us know, as the fee for restoring the domain will be different depending on whether you have a plan or not.
