upgrade a plan

    Hi, if I purchase a business plan for a whole year and then want to upgrade it to the eCommerce plan within the period of business plan, do I need to pay all over again? Likewise, if I downgrade an eCommerce plan to a business plan, do I just partial refund? Thanks

    Hi there!

    The refunds are available only during the first 30 days so, if you downgrade after that period, there wouldn’t be even a partial refund.

    As for upgrading, you would see a pro-rated discount. If you decided to upgrade during the first month, you would only pay the difference between the two plans. Later on, the discount would increase depending on how long ago did you purchase the original plan.
