  I am trying to pay to upgrade account. It did not seem to work and my card does have money on it. Also want advice on best plan

  Sometimes your bank may block the transaction, even if your card works for other purchases. Please contact your bank to confirm that they are not blocking transactions from WordPress.com or that there’s no other issue on their end.
