  If I will upgrade this account as per mentioned plan (7680rs. / per year). After that I will import any custom themes and customize that?

  I’m not sure to what plan are you referring to but only plans Business and eCommerce will allow you to upload custom WordPress themes or plugins. Here you can find more information:
