  Hello I would like assistance on upgrading my account so I can add plug ins. I have been attempting to do it on my own but have not been successful.

  Your account is rashellv. You can’t upgrade that. You can upgrade your free site to a paid one. You’d need a Business plan which you get by by clicking on the left menu and following the instructions.

  Thanks for letting me know! I notice that I can upgrade to a paid plan. I’ll go ahead and follow the instructions in the left menu to upgrade to the Business plan. Thanks for your help!
