UPGRADE active, but not working

  i have purchased an upgrade, but can´t activate a premium appearance without additional charges. I have paid $99 for the upgrade already and it is active on my site.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The Premium Bundle does not include a theme. A breakdown of what’s included in the Premium bundle can be seen at http://store.wordpress.com/bundles/.

  The customizations added as part of the premium bundle are in the Appearance->Customize section of your dashboard.
