  Enter coupon code “(redacted)” during checkout to claim your 20% discount
  It is 4:45am PT on June 29 and the payment system would not accept this code for an upgrade

  My assumption is you’re getting it from here: https://www.retailmenot.com/view/wordpress.com

  Volunteers don’t know the current active coupon/voucher codes, and as such, I’ve tagged staff to look at this thread: https://en.support.wordpress.com/getting-help-in-the-forums/#how-do-i-get-a-moderatorstaff-reply-for-my-question

  Hi dollsdresstoo,

  Could you try typing the coupon code (instead of pasting) at the checkout it the exact format it appears in your email, including capital letters? That will make sure there are no additional spaces or characters.
