upgrade and comparison

    Can I pay by the month for an upgrade and where can I see the comparison
    of free and the $8 per month upgrade? Thanks. And, would the upgrade
    apply to all of the blogs I have in my WordPress account? I hope I am not
    asking a frivolous question and being an unnecessary pain in the heiny.
