Upgrade and Domain Confusion and Support???

    SOOOO….I have a premium site, I want to change stuff around and upgrade to Business, etc. I might NEED to make an entirely new site. I have many user specific questions and it says on my plan that I have email support available. Where? How do I email someone. I’m getting really frustrated because this is a totally unnecessary time suck.

    The FAQ Support Page explicitly states that if you have “ANY PAID UPGRADE” that I can use the “contact support” form to access a “Happiness Engineer.” I need to ask a “Happiness Engineer” how to make use of the support email system that I paid for with the Premium plan in order to upgrade to a business plan, but they aren’t there. Nothing is there. I would add a screenshot if I could. But I can’t. This is not engineering happiness, but frustration and anger.

    The FAQ Support page redirects ANY PAID PLAN to a “contact support” form, however, that form is blank.

    I need more sires and an upgrade and I need a human being to talk to. I don’t care how. But the forum is not the place to do it. Please show me how to utilize the EMAIL SUPPORT that I paid for. Thanks.
