upgrade and new domain

    I am interested in upgrading to a premium plan and using my new domain name, however I want to keep all of the content on my current wordpress account
    How do I do these?
    My current WP address is allybeawa.wordpress.com
    My new domain is nineteendesignscom.au and is registered by Namecheap
