Upgrade and paypal button confusion

Hello
I’m hoping someone will be able to clear some things up for me, as I’m getting very confused.
Basically I would like to add a small shop page on my blog with a paypal button. I have a free blog at the moment and I think I will need to upgrade to do this? but I’m not sure which package I need to get. Is it premium? And is premium the .com or .org? Also if I buy my domain name will this effect my followers or would there be no change there?
Or is it possible to have a paypal shop without upgrading? I am considering buying my domain name would this be enough to enable paypal?
Sorry for the mass of questions, I can’t seem to work out what I need.
I have tried to add a paypal button to my free blog now, but it didn’t work at all.
I would appreciate any help.

You don’t need to upgrade. You just make regular blog Posts for each item and put the Paypal Buy It Now button on each one. Use the category Shop for the posts, and use a custom menu to put a Shop tab in your header, that collects all the posts.
