upgrade and problems with account

How do I fix my account. I paid 99 for a premium account, but I never got it. I used a maildotcome webpage for my account, but today there was an email from December telling me to confirm my account. So, I logged in and deleted that one from December as my account I was using was started in February (with 99 payment). But, when I looked in manage purchases, it never showed up. So, I deleted the one with the wrong name, but it deleted my actual account. I do not know how this happened or how I am getting emails from two different email accounts. But, my account is deleted and I can not start it back even when I paid the money for the name. How can I start a new account with the payment I made. I emailed the payment info to help@wordpress.com and I put a notice on the website with no replies yet. So, can anyone help me? I paid for help with my payment, yet I have never had an opportunity to use it or get help when needed. If you can not help, will I get my money back since your company never allowed me the opportunity to use it? It is asking me for more money now to upgrade!

The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com, and has never bought an upgrade.
Most likely, you bought the Premium Plan for a site in a different account. Do you have any other username accounts on WordPress.com? What is the address of the site for which you bought the upgrade?
So, I deleted the one with the wrong name, but it deleted my actual account.
It is impossible to delete a WordPress.com username account. You deleted the SITES, leviathanlibertytimescom.wordpress.com and leviathanlibertytimes.wordpress.com, that both belonged to THIS username account, but neither of those sites had even been upgraded.
The site you’re looking for is in a completely different username account.
