Upgrade and Technical Issues With an Image Blog

  I’ve already posted my issue on a forum and got no response. I’ve had an image blog now for several years which I’ve just started posting to again. I have reserved a Domain name and would like to upgrade, but lately I’ve been having some technical issues with the images that I’ve posted – which gives me pause. I won’t upgrade without first resolving the tech issues – and speak with someone who can answer a few questions. The previous WordPress page told me how much the ‘Happiness Engineers’ care about my happiness… …how do I get to speak with one of those Happiness Engineers?
