Upgrade and Theme Refund Not Working

    Hello,

    I am working on trying to get a refund for both the pro upgrade and the premium theme, and I’ve tried the cancel and refund buttons on both. It keeps saying it will send a confirmation email, but I did this hours ago, and never received any email. I checked spam and junk folders, and I even changed the email address and tried it again, but it didn’t work. Help!
