Upgrade applied to the wrong blog

  I purchased an upgrade and it was applied to the wrong blog. I wanted it to apply to “Edo Karura” but it was applied to “No One Reads My Damn Blog”. I thought I transferred it but edokarua.com still comes out as edokarura.wordpress.com. noonereadsmydamnblog also still has the .wordpress stuck in it so maybe the upgrade hasn’t been applied to either?

  Oh, and by the way, I consider this a customer service problem not a tech support one as you’ve already charged my credit card $99. I’m slightly annoyed that it has been fobbed off to the “community” for resolution.
