  upgrade, to the basic package with custom web name. I tried to put a payment through and it’s frozen, please assist. I also had the coupon code INST20

  Does the same problem occur if you try to purchase a plan using another browser? Do you see any error messages?

  I also had the coupon code INST20

  This isn’t a valid coupon code for WordPress.com so it won’t provide you with any discount. We don’t add coupon codes to third party sites so we can’t guarantee any from these sources will work.

  Let me know if you are able to purchase a plan using a different browser.
