Upgrade billing

  Hello,

  My blog is mylittlebombay
  I just created another blog : EFIBOMBAY
  I just upgraded my plan from basic to business.
  I sent my details (Inidian Debit card)
  I got a screen with : PROCESSING
  I was debited from 61 INR = 1$ and still saw that processing screen for 10 more minutes
  … and nothing. No upgrade !

  Upgrades can be purchased only for WordPress.COM hosted blogs. You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard and purchase upgrades at > Store > My Upgrades

  Thanks a lot for your answer.

  I bought a “Buisiness” trial for 14 days.

  My main concern was that my account had been debited (then re credited)

  26/02/2015 REVERSAL OF PURCHASE AT WPCHRG.COM 05 INR 61.95
  26/02/2015 PURCHASE AT WPCHRG.COM 05:15:42/29618 INR 61.95

  Is there any risk that my account will be debited twice after 14 days ?

  Hi Yann,

  Did you make these purchases on your mylittlebombay account? I’m not seeing any upgrades linked with that account. Could you let me know what site you setup the bundle on? I’ll take a look and make sure you won’t be charged twice!

  Hi,
  I really appreciate that you take care of this.
  This is the process :
  1/ I was on mylittlebombay
  2/ I clicked on add another blog and entered efibombay as a new name for this blog.
  3/ the system valitate the name then I scrolled donw the screen to click on 14 days business trial
  4/ I enter my details (Indian debit card)
  5/ pop up screen with “processing”
  6/ after a minuted I recieved an SMS of the bank “you have been debited of 61 Rs” but the screen “processing” was still on.
  7/ after 10 minutes I refreshed the window

  No upgrade had been done and my account ad been refunded with those 61 Rs. So I don’t know if it was only a check maid by the system or if I will be debited in 14 days. I would really love to try the business option but I don’t want to face the same issue.

  I double-checked again, but there are no upgrades on either of the following sites:

  mylittlebombay.wordpress.com

  I’m not sure what happened here. Can you try to re-add the Business bundle by clicking “Try Now” here?

  You won’t be billed from your previous trial. I’m not sure why it didn’t get added before!
