Upgrade buttons in WordPress Store don't go anywhere?

    I’m just desperately trying to give them some money for Custom Design. NONE of the items in the store go anywhere… No Ads, Custom Domain whatever. The big blue buttons found on http://store.wordpress.com/premium-upgrades/custom-design/ go nowhere. And when you mouse over them its just the page link with a /# appended to it. What am I missing folks? Also, when I try and preview as outlined: “If you haven’t purchased the upgrade yet and you would like to preview the tools, go to Appearance → Customize, click the Custom Design menu link, and click the Try Now button.” There are no menu link that I can see… I’m using the default 2013 theme and version 3.7.1 if that helps any. Feeling pretty stupid right now…
