UPGRADE CANCELATION REFUND

  Today I purchased the premium upgrade for $35.88 and canceled it on the same day but I only received a partial refund for $22.88. The email that I received said I wouldn’t receive the $13.00 for my domain. I purchased my domain separately over a month ago which I pay $13.00 a year to keep. My question is why wouldn’t I receive my entire $35.88 refund when I am paying for the domain separately?

  Hi @briannawestland, our records for this account show a full refund, processed as two refunds within seconds of each other.

  Did you have a charge under another account?
