I try to test your upgrade plain free for 30 days, in the first day i see its not usefull for me and i do a cancellation upgrade, but now i see you get 99€ from my account, i need this money back. Sorry for the problems. What i need do?

I see you cancelled your Premium plan, so you will not be charged for that.
There was a pending payment for the Premium plan, and you may see that pending payment on your credit card until your credit card company processes the cancellation on their end. However, I can confirm that you were not charged.
Please let me know if I can do anything more to help!

They say me cant do nothing because its a credit card payment, they can do if its from account number.
