Upgrade cancellation

My domain is 5 days old and I would like to cancel the upgrade and get a refund. My reason for cancelling is that I would like to host my site on Bluehost. I received the link to confirm my cancellation but it didn’t go through. What do I do?

Hi there – If you still want to use your domain with another site, you should transfer it rather than cancel it. You can use your domain with Bluehost in this way:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/change-name-servers/#changing-domain-name-serversIf you’d like to do that, I can cancel the rest of your Premium upgrade and refund $81 (which is $99 less the $18 cost of a registered domain). Then, you can move your domain to Bluehost.
If you’re sure you don’t want the domain at all anymore, let me know and I’ll cancel and refund the entire thing.

I have not yet been refunded, and now it is three weeks after cancellation. Please refund.

Hi there – I’m so sorry about that! Somehow the refund didn’t go through in our system. I’ve refunded you again now. The refund will go back into your PayPal account that you’d used to purchase the upgrade.
