Upgrade Cancellation

I cancelled my premium package upgrade within the 30-day time farm and I’m just wondering when I can expect to see the refund? I can see in my upgrades that it was cancelled, but I haven’t had any notifications from paypal or my bank account.

You can view the receipt of the refund in Store -> Billing History in your admin panel:

Since the refund was very recent, please allow a few days for the refund to reappear in your statement. Let me know if you need anything else. Thanks!
