  I claimed fora $60 refund some 10+ working days ago, but up until now, I can’t receive my refund. May I be helped please.

  That site belonged to another account than the one you’re contacting us from. However, the time for the refund to appear in your account also depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank. Please follow up with your bank directly on this. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.
