Upgrade Cancellation Email

Hi there,
– By misunderstanding I clicked bundle cancel link and was charged $299 for upgrade.
– Then I have cancelled the upgrade and got email confirmation “upgrade cancelled”.
– Question: Compare with Support explanation and sample screenshot, above email doesn’t mention “$299 refunded” or something like that. Please advise should I do something more or just wait for being refunded.

I went ahead and voided the transaction so you should not be charged moving forward. Regarding the screenshot, did you upload that to your media library? Screenshots are unable to be attached to forum posts. The best option would be to upload it to your media library so I can take a look!

As per your request, I dropped up 3 screenshots to my media library for you reference. Btw, just now I have checked bank statement without $299 cutting been founded…Does it mean nothing did and will happen for this transaction?

Regarding the $30 charge email for Custom Design, you were not charged this amount. I’m not sure why you received that email. It doesn’t at all apply to your site! I’m sorry about the confusion.
The $299 charge has been voided, meaning you were never actually charged. The charge may have appeared as “pending” on your account, but the funds were not deducted.
