Upgrade cancellation/ no contact support

Hi, my blog is adaka0.wordpress.com.
I used a upgrade service for a year, and it was automatically upgraded and paid. I do now want to use the service anymore, and want to have a refund. But there is no direct link for the contact support, only there is recursive links without pointing the contact you. Would you please make a refund for 2015-2016 upgrade service? Since it has been already about a day, I guess this should be done quickly. Thank you.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You’re supposed to handle your own refund and cancellation requests, by clicking to refund on the dashboard My UPgrades page.

I cannot see any refund/cancellation request on the dashboard my upgrade page. My upgrade is for the Custom Design(30$/year).

Hi there!
The page that raincoaster linked to applies to all upgrades that are within the refund period, but I can go ahead and do that manually from our end instead.
In the future, users with paid upgrades can contact support staff directly through our contact page here:
There’s a search form to help you find a relevant support doc, if we have one. But if the results don’t match what you’re trying to do there’s a button to contact support at the bottom.
I’ve refunded your Custom Design upgrade. It normally takes around a week for a refund to appear on your bank statement.
