Upgrade cancellation/ no contact support

    Hi, my blog is adaka0.wordpress.com.
    I used a upgrade service for a year, and it was automatically upgraded and paid. I do now want to use the service anymore, and want to have a refund. But there is no direct link for the contact support, only there is recursive links without pointing the contact you. Would you please make a refund for 2015-2016 upgrade service? Since it has been already about a day, I guess this should be done quickly. Thank you.

    You’re supposed to handle your own refund and cancellation requests, by clicking to refund on the dashboard My UPgrades page.

    I cannot see any refund/cancellation request on the dashboard my upgrade page. My upgrade is for the Custom Design(30$/year).

    Unfortunately, your link for refunds does not work for my case (upgrade for Custom Design).

    Hi there!

    The page that raincoaster linked to applies to all upgrades that are within the refund period, but I can go ahead and do that manually from our end instead.

    In the future, users with paid upgrades can contact support staff directly through our contact page here:

    There’s a search form to help you find a relevant support doc, if we have one. But if the results don’t match what you’re trying to do there’s a button to contact support at the bottom.

    I’ve refunded your Custom Design upgrade. It normally takes around a week for a refund to appear on your bank statement.
