Upgrade cancellation not working

    Hi
    I have already requested for a cancellation for my domain registration within 48 hours of purchase. The system updated the status to Cancellation pending and it has also indicated that an email will be sent to confirm the cancellation but I have never received the any email from WordPress on this. The system status is still showing Cancellation pending but it is saying that it can no longer perform the refund.

    Please investigate.

    Hey Joseph,

    I’m sorry you’re having trouble! I’m happy to cancel the domain for you. Just to confirm, you’re looking to cancel josjascat.com. Is that correct? Please note, once a domain is cancelled, it is sent back to the registrar. It may or may not become available for purchase again in the future.

    Just reply back to confirm, and I’ll get that refund processed right away!
