Upgrade cancelled

    Hi. I cancelled my upgrade, but the money has still come out of my account.

    Hi there!

    You’ve closed your site but the refund was not processed.

    I’ve just issued a full refund for your Business plan, it usually takes 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, but some banks outside of the United States may require more time to process the refund.

    In some cases, you will not see a separate refund listed on your statement, but the original charge will be removed instead.
