UPgrade Cancelled after 30days of use, will I get refunded?

    Hi,

    I have purchased the Upgrade for Business plan on May 16, 2015, however, I have realised wordpress.com is not suitable for e-commerce business, due to several reason I have transferred my site and cancelled the business plan. However, I have realised the upgrade did not send any refund message regarding the cancellation of business plan – as the the refund period is expired , surely, I were new and the business plan is not been expired until next May. So will I get refund from this upgrade?

    The reason I choose to cancelled the plan,

    1, I cannot get full support from support team even they have live chat option.

    2, This site is not allow external CSS code or Java for user (unless code writer knew how to rewrite it, but I am not one of them). I am unable to place my business in internet as a trusted store. (i.e etrust badge, SSL, google trusted store badge) [Logically, I will loose traffic of my clients because of it.]

    3, There are no login function and clients account for my clients in wordpress.com, and the basic business knowledge of keeping clients details are not included in business plan.

    To all above, I have decided to cancel the plan.

    I hope this case will get a right solution.

  • I’m sorry to hear that WordPress.com did not meet your needs. However, WordPress.com upgrades (aside from domain registrations) have a 30 day refund period. Your upgrades were purchased 2015-05-02 and canceled 2015-09-04. So you are well outside the refund window I’m afraid.

    okay. Because you have stated the period has gone outside the 30 days refund, can you reactivate my plan then? As I don’t want to waste my money and I didnt know that as I have cancelled the plan and ALL the functions are disabled, I can no longer use any themes, widgets and support from the plan. I will be much appreciated that the plan is reactivate until the original expiry date which is next year May 6 2016. Thanks in advance.
