Upgrade Cancelled and Charged anyway

To whom it may concern,
I cancelled ny upgrade in advance of the necessary deadline. Additionally, because I didnt feel wholly comfortable with the set up I also deleted my cc details.
However, despite this you have gone ahead and charged by debit card for £250 anyway. This is obviously extremely annoying. Please refund my cc ending 6212 immediately. Incase it is needed:

I checked your account and the Business plan was still active there, so it looks like the cancellation didn’t go through — I’m very sorry for the trouble with that!
I just cancelled that upgrade for you and issued a full refund. It may take some time for that refund to appear on your bank statement, but you can find the refund receipt in your Billing History.
Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)
