You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about five to ten business days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you. Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement.

Hi there,
We refunded your payment on 15 October 2018. You can see a receipt for the refund with a transaction ID from our payments processor in your billing history:
https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow up with your bank, providing that transaction ID as a reference. We have no control over how long your bank takes to reflect the refund in your account on their end.
